Recently we received this email from a long time client:

In my 5 years as an InSession customer, I was never once emailed about new additions that were available to me such as marketing, practice management software, or branding/logo packaging. I only became aware of the changes InSession had made when I looked up how to contact you, I honestly have no idea when you began offering those great additions, if I had received any emails at all, I would have been quite interested.

As hard as it is to say, the truth hurts. She was right, we have spent so much time quickly building our system that we have not ‘stayed in touch’ with our clients in a meaningful way.

So here is the plan:

One monthly email update called InSession ‘Notes’ sent to all of our customers that will establish a stronger connection with the intention of inviting you to see what we are up to. And as we know communication is a two way street, we are building a feedback forum set to launch Feb. 1, 2023.

Any customer with an active account will be automatically added to the InSession ‘Notes’ email list but don’t worry, you can opt-out at any time.
